1. Remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY. (No Exceptions)

2. Additional $50 is required for squeeze in appointments & $75 outside of business hours (Sunday's & Monday's).

3. Please arrive on time for your appointment, after 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled & you will have to rebook using another deposit.

4. Need to reschedule? Must reschedule within 24hrs of appointment time. Deposit is NON TRANSFERABLE after 5 days of original appointment.

5. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDAL.

6. No children or extra guest allowed unless being serviced.

7. For all custom closure & frontal units being made, I must have hair 3 days in advance.

8. For all custom color, I must have hair 4 days in advance. 

9. No call, no show...no future appointment(s).

10. No changes on service upon appointment time, all services have different durations.

11. Additional service(s) such as: coloring, curls, crimps, cut, etc. PLEASE ADD IN THE NOTES WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENT.
